MOUNT IJEN HIKING

1 day tour to the crater of Mount Ijen

We start to drive from Lovina at around 7 pm,so it’s take about 2 hours to Gilimanuk harbour, then crossing for 1 hours to reach Ketapang Harbour. We will arrive Ketapang at around 10 pm. We will drive to paltuding rest area 1-1,5 hours drive.

During this trip we also will see a number of beatiful view during on the way back after we finish the trek, we will start the trek at 1 am from paltuding with experienced local guide, We will climb for about 1.45 minutes to reach the top of Mount Ijen.

The route is well maintained in good condition and other views of rounding volcanoes and lucuriouse vegetation will make your journey more memorable.

From the crater rim,will take you down to see the blue fire right on the edge of the acidic lake (temperature of the lake:+-40’c:Ph:o,5:max depth:+-200m). The laker is also the source of the river Banyupahit, resulting in highly acidic and metal-enriched river ecosystem. But no worry we already providing you with gas masker.

Hike to go down (+-45 mins)

After see the spectacular Blue Fire, we climb back to creater rim to enjoy the sunrise over theentore volcanic area. After we will go down, it takes about 1 hours, Our driver already waiting for you before we back to Bali. We will having breakfast first.

Mount Batur trekking is the most popular and one of the most challenging trekking activities that you can do in Bali. Mount Batur Trekking The trip will be taking place from your lobby hotel where we will pick you up around 02.00 depend on you hotel location. Then we will drive you to the start point located around pura jati temple it will takes 2 hours from Lovina. At starting point we will meet and great your Mount Batur Trekking Guide.

Simple and helpful briefing will be given by our Selected mount Batur Hiking Guide to assure that your Mount Batur trip is safe and comfortable.

Beginning in the dark under strlight sky, you will be guided to go up the slope of Mount Batur, Next you will reach the peak of Mount Batur (1717 meters)at about 06.00 AM.

While waiting for the sunrise you will get a light breakfast (usually egg sandwich and bananas) and hot coffee or tea served by your guide in Mount Batur.

To be a witness of the gorgeouse sunrise overlooking the majestic views of lake Batur and Mount Rinjani at Lombok island. After watching the sunrise,the trip will be continued to explore a deep cave that found in the main crater of Mount Batur.

On the way back downhill,we will be explore the core rim and the most recent lava flows while we take in the amazing volcanic scenery.

At about 9 am, you will be arriving at the finishing point. Then the trip will be continued to visit and enjoy Toya Bungkah Hot Spring, located on the shore of Lake Batur.at about 10 am we will drive you back to your hotel.
